About 24/7 Pipe Rescue: Nationwide Emergency Pipe Repair Network
Who We Are & What We Do
24/7 Pipe Rescue is an independent nationwide emergency plumbing referral and dispatch network. We do not directly employ field technicians or hold local contracting licenses ourselves. Instead, our mission is to eliminate the panic and delay homeowners experience during catastrophic plumbing emergencies by instantly routing callers and online dispatch requests to independently licensed, bonded, and insured local plumbing contractors in their specific municipal jurisdiction.
How Our Contractor Vetting Works
When an emergency occurs, homeowners do not have hours to research credentials while water floods their property. We partner with established, state-licensed plumbing contractors and restoration companies across all 50 states and Washington DC. Partner contractors in our referral network must maintain active licensing in their state (such as the Illinois Department of Public Health, Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, or California CSLB), hold minimum $1,000,000 general liability insurance coverage, and maintain positive standing with regional consumer protection agencies.
Our Editorial & Fact-Checking Standards
All plumbing repair guides, cost estimates, and emergency checklists published on 24/7 Pipe Rescue are researched using public municipal building codes, NOAA climate normals, US Census American Community Survey data, and guidelines from recognized trade organizations including the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Pricing benchmarks are sourced from RSMeans construction data, Angi, and Homewyse regional cost indices, updated annually.
Transparent Business & Referral Model
24/7 Pipe Rescue provides free connection services to homeowners. We receive referral compensation or marketing fees from participating local plumbing contractors when a homeowner connects via our 24/7 dispatch phone line (855) 499-4130 or submits an online service request. This referral fee does not increase the estimate or invoice you receive from the technician.
